pinterest in action

So I got hooked on Pinterest.  Of course to ease the guilt of this new addiction I had to recreate some of the things I've pinned...that is the purpose of it right?  So here's a few things that I've recreated recently.
First these cupcakes.  They are sheep.  Yeah I see poodles too but hey I didn't want to make a huge batch of fondant and color it for the faces like in the original picture I saw.  They were a hit at the Contemporary Leadership potluck the other night.  I made four batches.  Two were banana nut muffins and the other two were chocolate chip.  We had some leftover to bring home and I must say they were good too. 

Next was this framed scripture.  I fell in love with the original pin and knew I could recreate this for some baby gifts!----------->;

I made this for parents to be.  I knew I needed to borrow a foot...a tiny foot.  So in to save the day was baby girl E who let me paint and stamp her foot on the glass.  She was kinda disappointed I didn't do the other foot but I only wanted the one.  The letters were cut out with the help of my Cricut.  Viola one precious gift that the parents loved.

I think I'm about pinned out...if there ever could be such a thing (GASP).  But I have plenty to keep me busy along with my every day scrappys!
