Retreat

Castel Brando, Italy

I just got back from an overnight retreat with my PWOC ladies/fellow board members! This is the castle we stayed in! It's one of the oldest castles in Italy. It was fabulous. We did a year's worth of planning for our bible studies and other fun things for the entire PWOC year; God will be moving mountains this year at Aviano AB and the ladies that attend. A lot of healing took place as well for many of us and we all know that no matter what we are truely loved and forgiven not only by one another but by our Heavenly Father!

This particular castle is about 2 hours from my home. Way up on a hilltop we had some unbelieveable views of the two towns down below. The grounds of the castle are beautiful and some of the flowering trees smell so amazing and sweet. I hope to try and get back there for just a romantic weekend with the hubby if I can! I plan on taking my family or at least my sister in that direction since we drove through the town of Vittorio Veneto and it was so camera worthy I have to go back and explore!

School starts tomorrow...woot woot! I'm so excited to actually go back to bed in the morning after shoving....putting my kiddos on the bus!
